Made entirely of solid ash, the bench uses knock-down hardware fittings to tie the end frames to the seat and shelf. These fittings provide a simple way to assemble the bench. More importantly, they provide a rock-solid connection that prevents the bench from racking. This woodworking plan appeared in Workbench magazine No. 287.
